The personalized service, warm and professional staff and uniquely beautiful accommodations made our quick visit an excellent one. In a sea of hotel giants around the conference center to contend with, the Tennessean proudly stands out as an original and luxurious option. We had an early departure, the valet team went above and beyond to make us feel appreciated as guests rather than an early shift inconvenience. Eric & Dave kept our car available our front and even stocked the cup holders with cold bottled water and a personal note.

We stayed at the Tennessean last weekend and had a delightful experience. Check in is a breeze with a greeting from Mr. Ed and a glass of champagne. The proximity to downtown and the location right off the intestate makes an ideal Knoxville stay. The valets not only assisted in unpacking our car; Drew, Patton and Eric also took us to the local restaurants at lunch or dinner; there is a golf cart and SUV. We stayed in a king room which is a good size and beautiful. After dinner drinks in the newly remodeled Drawing Room is a fun experience with the fantastic service from Laura, Alicia, and Josh. We ate breakfast on Saturday, the food was good with service provide by Lissa. We learned about the Tennessean from friends who stay here several times a year, they have met Elizabeth who provides excellent customer service for friends and family with large groups. I didn't get everyone's name, that helped us, will do better next time as we plan to stay again in late November. I recommend trying out this hotel for a relaxing and beautiful Knoxville experience.

I was here for several days for a work meeting and I don’t have enough wonderful things to say. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The meeting room was fantastic and always tended to. The meals provided by the hotel were great. The restaurant was outstanding and the room was beautiful and comfortable. I hope we have meetings here again!

We stayed one night in a suite. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious. It is located very near a fire station and the sirens are audible when they go out anytime, day or night. The Drawing Room offers good food and drinks with a sophisticated but limited menu. The business casual dress code led me to believe it would be more formal than it was with many guest in shorts and ball caps. We did not have time to explore the area but the park looked like a good place to start. The staff was attentive and offered reliable service.

It's a nice hotel, but I felt like it shouldn't be as pricey as it is. I've been to others that are way nicer and half the cost. Also not as clean as I would have thought for the price.

We stay at the Tennessean numerous times a year. This hotel is amazing! The reason it is so special is because of the staff! Mr. Ed is always there to welcome us with a glass of champagne and a treat. The valet staff are wonderful! Special shout out to Eric, Drew, and Patton! They make our visit so easy. We never have to worry about going to dinner or being pick up. Truly the nicest young men. The Drawing Room is an experience in itself! The bartenders are delightful! Alicia and Josh are always there to welcome us. They make us feel like family. We also had the privilege to meet Laura on this trip! She is a fantastic addition to the Drawing Room team! Last, but not least, Elizabeth Dorton is an essential part of The Tennessean! Thank you for all you do for our friends and family! I love that you are always just an email away! She provides the best customer service. Thank you for all you guys do to make our visits so special!
